HR Officer / Sittingbourne / Hybrid
Overview:
One of our clients, a large logistics company are seeking a HR Officer to assist in their European offices to manage Employee Relations cases and build relationships with line managers and other employees. The role would also assist with onboarding, offboarding and payroll.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Providing HR advice to managers and employees
- Being the main representative for all Employee relations matters for European offices
- Onboarding new staff
- Assisting with recruitment
- Preparing payroll for European offices
- Performing exit interviews with leavers and providing this feedback to senior staff members
- Processing the onboarding of new staff members
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous HR experience in a similar level role
- Experience dealing with European employment law
- Experience dealing with European payroll
- An excellent communicator
- Experience onboarding new staff members
- Confident engaging at Director level
- Hard-working and ambitious
