Job Description
An established biopharmaceutical organisation based in south Cambridgeshire, have gone from strength to strength since their conception and are now seeking a HR Officer to join them.
This client has a mission to advance quality of life and do so by developing innovative and effective medicines through their platform.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the recruitment lifecycle
- Payroll – manage two monthly payrolls and administer staff benefits
- Staff Development – Assist with appraisals and manage the training matrix
- HR Database & Reporting – Be the primary contact for queries on HRIS system, ensure all details are up to date, provide reports, input new starter information
- Offboarding
- HR Administration
Experience:
- HR Generalist experience
- Experience managing payroll
- Strong team player with high attention to detail
- Excellent level of IT skills and communication skills, both verbal and written
