Human Resources Office Manager
Job Description
We are currently working with a leading software vendor who is looking for a HR & Office Manager.
The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate meetings and other office events effectively. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, ordering office supplies, travel bookings, recruitment support and other HR administrator duties.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize office activities
- Oversee stock of office supplies
- Greet visitors at office
- Employee onboarding
- Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport
- 4 days per week in the London office
- 1 day WFH
Qualifications
- Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- 2 years + experience as HR Administrator or Office Manager in the Software Industry
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
