Welcome to Mandai X. We are looking for a Human Resources Senior Manager/Manager, to join our team for the next phase of growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You are self-driven individual and play a pivotal role in partnering senior/internal stakeholders in their strategic business plans and growth and provide the full spectrum of HR support. Reporting to the Head, Human Resources, you will assist her in developing progressive HR framework and best practices to enhance employee experience and engagement in Mandai X. Job Duties and Responsibilities Partner Business Units stakeholders in their people strategy and agenda including organizational design and restructuring, talent management, career development, etc. to achieve overall business objectives and growth aspirationsPartner Business Units leaders on workforce planning and assess talent gaps and help them to develop talent strategiesCollaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower needs, develop job descriptions, and lead recruitment efforts to attract top-quality candidatesWork in partnership with Head Office Centre of Excellence (COE) teams such as Rewards & Performance, Talent Management, Shared Services, Talent Acquisition etc to deliver a great employee experience with our HR operation excellence initiativesHandle employee relations issues, ensuring fair treatment, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environmentUse data to generate reports for analysis of HR trends, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisionsLead and/or support HR projects, initiatives and functional portfolios to drive continuous improvement in support of our overall HR workplanOther projects or relevant duties as assigned. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR related discipline or possess a HR professional certification Minimum 10-12 years of HR Generalist or relevant experience Ability to work with ambiguity and be able to adapt in a fast-paced ever changing environment Team player and have a proven track record of working closely with Business Leaders at all levels; Resilient and resourceful in managing challenging employee situations Can-do attitude, pragmatic yet convincing and able to navigate the organization and effectively build relationships at all levels Had previous experience in a startup or innovation/venture building department/studio will be advantageous Proficient and effective communicator and good interpersonal skills An eye for detail with strong analytical ability and a good understanding of Singapore Employment Act
