Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services’ (BGS) Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join the U.S. Government Services HR team in Berkeley, Missouri. The U.S. Government Services (USGS) organization is a 6B business spanning approximately 10,000 hard lined and matrixed employees. This position will have responsibility to lead a high performing HR team responsible to drive exceptional business results through cross-functional collaboration, employee engagement and execution of HR strategies and solutions for employees across the U.S. Government Services portfolio. Position Responsibilities:Lead and develop US Government Services Human Resources Generalist (HRG) teamAct as HRG for Strike and Surveillance Vice President and organization / leadership teamPerform as HR Sponsor to US Government Services Employee Engagement TeamFocus on government staffing from a program and functional perspectiveCreate foundational partnerships with HR teammates supporting our functionsProvide visible HR presence where our employees work to enable real time engagement and solutionsContribute to the development of a culture of equity, diversity and inclusionAid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovationEnsure solutions are consistent with organization objectivesParticipate in site planning activities and DE&I (Diversity, Equality and Inclusion) initiativesThis position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This individual will work a hybrid schedule and will be expected on-site at least 2 days per week. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectivesPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Human Resources certificationExperience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources roleExperience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final productExcellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style
