Human Resources Manager

Foreground is supporting a luxury hospitality group in the UAE to hire an HR Manager to oversee human capital strategy workforce engagement and operational HR excellence. This role is central to building a performance-driven culture while ensuring seamless HR service delivery across properties.

Responsibilities:

• Drive HR operations including talent acquisition onboarding and retention.
• Develop policies aligned with labor laws and organizational values.
• Implement performance management systems and succession planning.
• Oversee employee relations grievance handling and engagement programs.
• Partner with leadership to ensure workforce capability aligns with business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration CIPD certification preferred.
• 7 years of HR experience in hospitality leisure or service industries.
• Deep knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
