Human Resources Intern

Key
Responsibilities:

Assist in posting job openings screening resumes and
scheduling interviews. -
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for
employees and interns. -
Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and
HR documentation. -
Participate in organizing internal events employee
engagement activities and training sessions. -
Assist with HR reporting surveys and
administrative tasks. -
Research HR best practices and contribute ideas for
process improvement. -
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling
employee data and interactions.
Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelors or
Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration
Psychology or a related field. -
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human
Resources. -
Good
communication interpersonal and organizational skills. -
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint). -
Ability to multitask stay organized and maintain
confidentiality. -
Positive
attitude willingness to learn and a collaborative
mindset.
