Human Resources Intern

Company Description EATCO is a group restaurant, catering, franchising, and hospitality management company based in Manama. We have more than twenty brands located in various locations within the Kingdom of Bahrain and soon in the GCC countries. Our concepts are designed to provide diversity in products and services to address the market's needs while fulfilling productivity and revenue goals for both conventional and tech-based restaurants. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at EATCO ME in Manama. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day HR tasks, such as managing employee records, supporting HR policies, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. The intern will also assist with personnel management and employee benefits administration. Qualifications Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices Understanding of HR management and policies Familiarity with employee benefits administration Ability to assist with personnel management tasks Excellent organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
