Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Denver, CO

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $65,000-$70,000 with annual bonus potential

Lakeshore Talent is seeking an HR Generalist for a Denver based company. As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's human resources function. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources, you will be responsible for various HR tasks spanning employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding/off-boarding, policy implementation, recruitment, and employment law compliance.

This is a hybrid role requiring 1-2 days onsite per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances. Work towards enhancing overall employee satisfaction and engagement.

• Training: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and facilitate the development and delivery of training programs. Ensure employees have access to opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth.

• Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management processes. Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance expectations, feedback, and improvement plans.

• Onboarding/Off-boarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Oversee off-boarding activities, including exit interviews and necessary documentation.

• Policy Implementation: Stay updated on HR trends and legal requirements. Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational goals.

• Recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and participate in the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.

• Employment Law Compliance: Stay informed about employment laws and regulations. Ensure company policies and practices adhere to legal requirements and proactively address any compliance concerns.

• Employee Queries: Act as the main point of contact for employees' queries on HR-related topics. Provide timely and accurate information, fostering a culture of transparency and communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on generalist responsibilities.
• Experience working in Ceridian Dayforce (preferred) or other similar HR systems
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
