Human Resources Generalist

Our client is a leading company in supporting about gaming community in Asia.About the RoleThe HR Generalist will be responsible for providing support in all areas of human resources including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. The HR Generalist will assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures and will work closely with all levels of management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.Responsibilities Managing recruitment and selection processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.Providing support and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures, employee relations issues, and performance management.Administering employee benefits programs and supporting open enrollment processes.Maintaining and updating HR records and files, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all information.Developing and delivering HR-related training and communication programs to employees.Partnering with HR Manager and other departments to support company initiatives and projects.Conducting research and providing recommendations on HR best practices and current labor laws.Supporting HR Manager in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role.Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Effective HR administration and people management skills.Exposure to payroll practices.Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.Highly computer literate related business and communication tools.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.Meticulous attention to detail.
