What would I be doing day to day?

Job Title: Senior Professional Development Specialist - 12 month FTC

Location: London

Salary: £53,000 (DoE)

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

• Lead the professional development process for senior consultants in the business
• Prepare for all professional development committee including setting agenda
• Support with PIPs and collaborate with the wider HR team
• Provide advice on all evaluations to ensure quality and depth and flag any concerns with relevant advisors.
• Work with counterparts in Europe to ensure consistency of processes
• Support with ad hoc projects on bonus reviews and DEI initiatives

What is the company looking for?

• 4 years’ + in a professional/talent development role, ideally in Professional services
• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management
• Exposure of performance management highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail important !
