HR Business Partner - South Yorkshire/Midlands

The HR Business Partner will support the relevant business leadership teams in the strategic and operational management of HR in order to achieve/exceed company success and growth goals by providing outstanding HR support and advice. The role is responsible for providing high quality objective and robust business partnering and generalist support to ensure the business attracts develops and retains great people ensuring the culture and values remain at the forefront of all activity.

Day to day responsibilities for this role will include but not be limited to...

• Manage and support organizational design for each business
• Provide coaching guidance and support to managers across a range of ER issues managing any complex cases not mitigate risk to the business
• Work with the HR leadership team to define the HR strategy
• Build effective relationships with the leadership teams , demonstrating the business value that can be added by the HR function
• Encourage the integration of HR best practice into working practices and business planning
• Coach the leadership teams, supporting them in developing their capabilities
• Drive employee engagement including championing the PES and ensuring the feedback is turned into tangible actions.
