Human Resources Business Partner

Job Description

We are working with a Facilities Management specialist who run a large FM contract with one of the largest outsourced government contracts. They require an experienced HR Business Partner who can come and work with their excellent team.

Key Requirements

  • We require someone who is able to work in an extremely fast paced environment and to operate an extremely hands on role
  • Identify HR priorities from business and people plans, translating business requirements into effective HR practices and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • Work with the business in support of Workforce / Target operating model review.
  • Gather data from a variety of sources and provide effective insight and analysis, providing recommendations for improvement and monitoring outcomes.
  • IR35 Compliance checking and review including clearances, adherence to government and process controls and GDPR as required.
  • Lead for mobilisation projects, structural change and other people change projects across the Region.

Who are we looking for?

  • CIPD qualified & preferably Chartered Member.
  • Previous experience of working as part of a large organisation.
  • Experience in an HRBP role across a large-scale multisite contract.
  • Track record in HR and change management.
  • Knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice.
  • Experience of complex grievance and disciplinary issues.
  • Commercial acumen and credibility.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to define and measure impact and value of interventions.
  • Confident with data with the ability to manipulate data, in different formats, derive insights, commentary, compelling fact-base.
  • Ability to work to tight deadline and with conflicting priorities.
  • Emotionally intelligent with demonstrable experience of influencing and challenging Senior Management.
