This role is a high-level People Analytics & Intelligence Professional position, boasting 9.5 years of experience driving strategic talent, workforce, and organizational decisions through insightful data and intelligence. The role involves identifying and solving talent and workforce challenges by building analytics-based solutions and market intelligence, often derived from external sources.
ROLE PROFILE:
Strategic Collaboration and Synergy:
- Work closely with internal teams such as Rewards, Learning, Talent Acquisition, HR Reporting, and other stakeholders to foster alignment in objectives and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with external vendors to leverage data and enhance analytical capabilities.
- Engage with business, functional, and HR leaders globally, supporting decisions through data and insights.
Project and Strategy Leadership:
- Lead projects impacting talent, people strategy, location/site, and organizational strategies.
- Drive strategic/exploratory analytics projects across various HR areas, including Compensation/Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement & Retention, Performance Management, and Culture & Inclusion.
People Analytics Capability Development:
- Responsible for building and enhancing people analytics/intelligence capabilities.
- Integrate data analytics, workforce insights, and external market intelligence into leadership decision-making processes, thereby streamlining existing HR Reporting processes to increase effectiveness and scale reach.
Innovative Solutions and Process Improvement:
- Develop and review HR KPIs, setting up advanced tools and processes around visualization and reporting of these KPIs in collaboration with IT.
- Lead the migration of HR reporting to advanced platforms such as Power BI to expand scale and availability, ensuring a transition from data to actionable insights.
- Create awareness regarding the usage of data, insights, and analytics within the People Function, providing training and coaching to related teams.
Research and Analysis for Targeted Talent Strategy:
- Shape the organization’s talent strategy through meticulous research and analysis of historical data around offer conversions and declines.
- Investigate reasons, identify risks and advantages, compare with external benchmarks, and formulate best practices accordingly.
Attrition Management:
- Develop quarterly attrition forecast and employee risk rating models, enabling proactive hiring and implementation of preventive measures for high-risk employees.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Confident and comfortable speaking and challenging (professional) at the executive level WITH experience in producing presentations for a broad range of senior stakeholders, ideally within an HR environment
- Expertise in driving strategic talent, workforce, and organizational decisions through insights and data.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in managing projects related to people strategy, competitive and organizational strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics, workforce insights, HR KPI development, and reporting tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, etc...
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and coaching skills, with the ability to engage a broad group of stakeholders from various domains effectively.
- Demonstrates a profound understanding of best practices around employee engagement.
- Brings substantial experience in producing and presenting executive-ready presentations, including report creation and the ability to overlay narrative and insights.
- Possesses the ability to operate autonomously and has experience in collaborative work environments across regions and functions.
- Exhibits a genuine interest and appetite for working with people data, with the experience of combining data sources and translating data into trends and insights.
- Possesses excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the capability to simplify complex, data-based details.
