HR Analyst

PetHealth

Hybrid – up to 3days per week in Watford

Up to £55,000

I am super excited to be partnering with one of our clients in the PetHealth industry to support the build out of their new HR function. This is going to be a real build from scratch, so you can come in and put your own stamp on things from day-one.

Responsibilities:

• Leading on market analysis and making data driven recommendations as well as completing our salary benchmarking surveys to a high standard.
• Act as the main point of contact for escalated employee queries from our people services team and communicate HR policies.
• Liaising with HR providers ensuring membership listings are up to date and invoices are paid on time.
• Competitor analysis, making recommendations based upon data driven outcomes.

Skills:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including vlookups, pivot tables and if statements.
• Knowledge of HR legislation and practices in the UK.
• HR generalist background.
