We are delighted to be partnering with our client to support their search for a proficient HR Advisor to support the HR function of their business at their busy manufacturing site near Portishead.
Our client is a highly respected and sought after employer, with a supportive HR team for this varied and integral role. The role will be fully office based, Mon-Fri from 8:30am to 5pm.
We are seeking a proficient HR professional who will be confident in standalone HR Advisory position, with support provided from an offsite HR and Recruitment team.
It is an essential requirement of the role to have proven experience managing a employee relations (ER) issues, ideally for a larger organisation handled as a caseload.
As an HR advisor you will also be supporting with the co-ordination of recruitment practices, talent attraction, day to day HR operations, as well as partnering with line managers to ensure positive employee engagement and the quick resolution of any ER issues as part of managing your employee relations caseload.

The successful candidate will need to develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues in the Customer Services and Distribution team near Portishead and HR team based in Wiltshire.
