Responsibility
Plan and execute Region HR initiatives pertaining to ER / L&D and Compliance
Act as a business partner to South Africa & Kenya Country Manager in providing HR expertise and advice in resolving the day-to-day HR operations and employee issues
Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment process from manpower request to new join logistics and induction, including but not limited to job posting, CV screening, interviewing, offering, etc
Support the implementation of Headquarters and Regional HR policies and process in local office and ensure all the process are followed through
Act as the local point of contact with local payroll vendors and coordinate with Headquarters C&B when required.
Compile HR reports regularly and upon request
Participate in all HR ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Degree holder in business studies / human resources management or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years formal recruitment experience preferably in sizable organizations and with experience in handling overseas HR matters will be an added advantage
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
Committed to fast-pace environment and always striving for improvement
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good team player, positive and able to influence others
Fluent in English and Putonghua is a must
Willing to travel on a quarterly basis between South Africa and Kenya office
