HUMAN RESOURCE DIRECTOR
Our client, a real estate broking division seeks to hire an HR Director for Dubai location. Successful incumbent should have delivered the below key result's areas to be eligible for the role. Potential prospects with prior work experience within a reputed real estate network who led the HR function will be highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:Champion talent management and recruitment strategies for the groupDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectivesDevelop and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with employment laws and regulationsLead and manage the HR team, including recruitment, training, and developmentAnalyze and report on HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisionsManage employee relations and resolve conflicts, issues, and concerns as they ariseDevelop and manage employee engagement and retention programsCollaborate with senior leaders to drive change and transformation initiativesEnsure compliance with labor laws and regulationsDevelop and implement Recruitment strategiesQualify, Interview and Hire new staff members for the organisation. Develop and implement onboarding strategies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred7- years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleStrong understanding of HR best practices and employment lawsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersProven track record of driving change and transformation initiativesStrong leadership and people management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
