Salary: $120K–$140K + $700/month car allowance
Benefits: Bonus program, 3–4 weeks PTO, full health benefitsSterling is hiring an HSE Manager for a global infrastructure company. This role covers safety across plant and field operations in North America and Canada. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safety programs for plant and field teams
• Conduct audits and maintain the JSA program
• Roll out global HSE initiatives regionally
• Update and maintain the company safety manual
• Train employees and manage safety documentation
• Support environmental compliance and risk reduction

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of EHS or construction safety experience
• OSHA/CAL-OSHA/CCOHS knowledge
• Strong auditing, training, and program development skills
• Post-tensioning experience is a plus
