Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Health & Safety Advisor to join a growing operational team, supporting Health & Safety across multiple sites and field-based teams.

This is a varied role where you’ll work closely with Production, Engineering and Maintenance, helping to identify risks, improve standards and build a positive Safety-First culture.

The Role

\n
• Carry out site inspections, audits and risk assessments

\n

• Lead/support accident and near-miss investigations

\n

• Identify risks and implement corrective actions

\n

• Support machinery safety, DSEAR and COSHH requirements

\n

• Monitor H&S KPIs and identify areas for improvement

\n

• Deliver H&S training, inductions and awareness activities

\n

• Support contractor safety and emergency response

\n

• Help maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 compliance

\n

• Work closely with teams across multiple sites to improve H&S standards

\n

\n

About You

\n

You’ll ideally have:

\n

\n
• Previous H&S experience within manufacturing, industrial or operational environments

\n

• NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent qualification/experience

\n

• Experience with risk assessments, audits and incident investigations

\n

• Good knowledge of H&S legislation and machinery safety

\n

• Understanding of DSEAR and COSHH

\n

• Ideally, experience with ISO 45001 / ISO 14001

\n

• Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge and influence

\n

• A practical, proactive approach to Health & Safety

\n

• Willingness to travel between sites

\n
