Job Description

Looking to recruit a proactive and knowledgeable HSE Advisor to join a leading regional Maintenance/ Property Services contractor.\n\nOffering up to £50,400 + car allowance and great benefits. Significant regional travel required - this role covers Midlands and South - Oxford, Gloucestershire, Cambridge, Peterborough, Birmingham. \n\nResponsibilities:\n\nEnsure full compliance with SHE legislation, CDM regulations, and internal policies.\nConduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and lead incident investigations.\nProvide expert SHE coaching and support to project teams, directors, and supply chain partners.\nMonitor site safety and environmental performance, reviewing RAMS and project plans.\nMaintain and enhance SHE Management Systems (ISO 14001, 45001).\nChampion behavioural safety and contribute SHE expertise to strategic planning and bids.Requirements:\n\nNEBOSH General or Construction Certificate.\nNVQ Level 4 or equivalent in Health & Safety.\nStrong understanding of SHE legislation and construction practices.\nExcellent communication and coaching skills.\nWillingness to develop knowledge around the Building Safety Act 2022 & BSR.If you feel this is the role for you, please apply below and we will be in touch!\n\nRandstad CPE values and promotes equality.
