Responsibilities

Advising & Monitoring: Providing competent advice to site management, conducting inspections, and audits.

Risk Management: Developing and implementing Construction Phase Plans, risk assessments (RAMS), and method statements.

Incident Investigation: Leading RIDDOR and non-RIDDOR incident investigations to root cause.



*



Training & Engagement: Delivering inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.



*



Reporting: Providing detailed reports to project directors and clients on HSE performance.



*



Compliance: Ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations and company procedures
