Key Responsibilities:

* Perform day-to-day configuration, administration, and support of our core HRIS system (e.g., Workday, UKG Pro, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud).

* Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data, conducting regular audits and developing data governance procedures.

* Develop, maintain, and generate standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support HR and business leadership needs.

* Provide timely and effective end-user support, troubleshooting system issues, and guiding HR professionals and employees.

* Manage HRIS security roles and permissions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and data privacy regulations.

* Participate in system upgrades, testing new functionalities, and ensuring smooth transitions.

* Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, user guides, and training materials.

* Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to identify system enhancements and process improvements.

Recommended Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 3+ years of progressive experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role.

* Expert-level proficiency with at least one major HRIS platform (e.g., Workday, UKG Pro, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud).

* Strong understanding of HR processes across various modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Talent Management).

* Demonstrated experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and advanced Excel skills.

* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of translating technical information to non-technical users.

Qualifications:

* Experience in a large, complex organizational environment, preferably within manufacturing or a related industry.

* Proficiency in SQL or other scripting for data extraction and manipulation.

* Experience with HRIS integrations (APIs, SFTP) and supporting system upgrades or new module implementations.

* Project management experience related to HRIS initiatives.

* Experience providing end-user training and developing instructional materials.
