Job Description
Experience of leading HR initiatives in major infrastructure programmes, ideally where a similar enterprise / multi-organisation model is in place.\n\nSuccessful project and / or change management experience within an HR environment.\n\nDemonstrable knowledge of project and programme management methodologies\n\nSuccessful employee and industrial relations experience.\n\nExpert knowledge in one (or more) of the following HR disciplines: People Management, Talent Management, Recruitment & Resourcing, Redeployment, HR Systems and Technology implementations.\n\nKnowledge of relevant HR legislation related to one of the above specialist disciplines.\n\nExperience of managing cross functional teams in a client-focused environment with evidence of enabling the team to meet challenging deadlines.\n\nProven influencing, negotiation and relationship building/partnering skills (with both internal customers and external suppliers).\n\nProven commercial and business management skills with good data analysis and reporting skills.\n\nCIPD qualified\n\nKnowledge of/experience in the UK rail industry.\n\nExperience in developing and influencing HR strategy.\n\nPeople management experience
