HR & Professional Services Procurement Manager – London (Hybrid) – £75,000-£85,000 plus package
An international business with an award-winning, high-calibre procurement team, who operate at the cutting edge of procurement technology and innovation seek a HR & Professional Services Procurement Manager to own end-to-end sourcing strategy across the Europe.
A new global procurement strategy is currently being implemented following a significant period of investment in procurement capability and technology across the global business. The regional HR spend is >£120m across large and complex projects, so key requirements include leading on senior stakeholder engagement (Director up to VP) across all regional locations and leading sourcing initiatives across Payroll & Benefits, Talent & Contingent Labour, Fleet, HR Operations & Rewards.
Key Skills required:
- HR/Professional Services procurement experience and managing multimillion spends at a regional level.
- Ability to influence at senior levels in a fast-moving, matrix environment.
- Prior experience working in transformational environments and implementing strategic change within the professional services category.
