HR Data Analyst-Operations/advanced Excel-PP/Visier

In this role, you’ll support an upcoming HR data project to track and report employee data to people leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain clear, actionable reports or views that people leaders can use independently.
• Validate views after data refresh, troubleshoot
• Develop supporting documentation, job aids, or training materials for users.
• Troubleshoot data or access issues and help ensure a smooth rollout.
• Be the main point of contact for questions from users or

What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, analytics, or related field
• Strong command of Microsoft Office with advanced/expert technical capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong experience working with HR, operational, or workforce data
• Familiarity with building reports and dashboards in tools like Visier, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Solid understanding of data privacy and sensitivity when working with employee data.
• Experience in creating clear and effective job aids and training documentation
• Effective presentation skills and outstanding written and verbal communication skills to provide training on a one-on-one basis or to groups — you’re comfortable explaining data to non-technical audiences.
• Strong customer service skills
• Visier experience is a plus but not required — a quick learner with strong data fundamentals is more important.
