HR Generalist

Location; Brea, CA (4 days onsite, Fridays remote)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support HR operations for the 2 Orange County sites, including employee relations, time & attendance, and safety.
• Act as a liaison between employees, site leadership, and the GM to ensure clear communication and effective problem-solving.
• Build and repair strong workplace relationships, fostering trust and engagement across diverse employee groups.
• Partner with site or HR Manager to address workforce needs and drive HR initiatives at the plant level.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven HR Generalist experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment (aerospace a plus, not required).
• Strong relationship-building and conflict-resolution skills; able to establish credibility with employees and leadership.
• Hands-on expertise in time & attendance and safety programs.
• Flexible, approachable, and confident personality with strong communication skills.
• Background in mid-tier companies ; shared services exposure nice-to-have.
• Bilingual skills (Vietnamese / English) would be highly beneficial given workforce demographics.
