HR Director
The HR Director is responsible
for leading the Human Resources department and ensuring the
companys HR operations are effective legally compliant and aligned
with the overall business strategy. The HR Director will manage
talent acquisition employee development employee relations
compensation and benefits and compliance with labor laws while
fostering a positive workplace
culture.
Requirements
degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related
field (Masters degree
preferred).
certification (e.g. SHRMSCP SPHR) is
preferred.
experience in HR with at least 5 years in a leadership or
management role.

objectives.
