What You’ll Do

• Lead all phases of hospitality projects with regards to freight management and warehousing.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and vendor coordination to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Manage logistics and FF&E procurement, ensuring seamless installation and project flow.
• Provide clear progress reports to stakeholders and anticipate risks with proactive solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in hospitality project management, with experience in luxury hotel or resort development logistics.
• Proven success managing multi-million-dollar projects end-to-end.
• Expertise in logistics, vendor management, and FF&E coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
