• Troubleshoot and repair residential plumbing systems with precision
• Use Service Titan software to manage calls, estimates, and job flow
• Present Good, Better, Best solutions and educate homeowners
• Deliver quality workmanship and excellent communication on every visit

What you bring

• 4+ years of residential service and repair experience
• Strong problem-solving, initiative, and a willingness to learn
• Experience with Service Titan software
• Sales aptitude or exposure to the Good, Better, Best business model ()
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and clear communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
