Every year, John Mini transforms spaces across New York City and the tri-state area into festive, magical experiences. From sparkling trees and wreaths to 6-foot menorahs, our team brings spectacular designs to life.

This season, were looking for Installation Crew Members in New York City to help make it happen!

Installation Crew Role Details

• $18$20/hr, with increases based on experience and expertise
• Assist with installing professional holiday displays in commercial and residential spaces across NYC
• Hands-on, physical workinstalling trees, wreaths, garland, props, and lighting
• Collaborate with teammates and foremen to bring creative designs to life

What to Expect

• Staggered 34 day schedules (40 hours/week with OT potential)
• Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts required (overtime common mid-November to early December)
• Physically demanding role: ability to lift 25+ lbs., stand for long periods, bend, crouch, kneel, stretch, and climb ladders
• Temporary, seasonal rolebut many of our full-time teammates began as holiday crew members. There is real opportunity for long-term employment at John Mini.
