HIU Maintenance engineer

PRS Recruitment Agency is currently seeking an experienced  HIU Maintenance Engineer  to work with one of our most prestigious clients in  London. As a leading provider of recruitment solutions, we offer competitive rates of pay ranging between £23.00 and £25.00 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDuties:\n\nService and repair of Heat Interface Units (HIUs)\nConduct regular maintenance checks on the Heat interface unit and equipment to ensure optimal performance.\nCommissioning of HIUs, meter replacement and testing\nCarrying out pipework repairs and basic electrical tasks within HIUs\nWorking on low-pressure, low-temperature heating systems\nInterpret manuals to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.\nHelping out other maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.\nMaintain accurate records of receipts from suppliers if parts purchased\nProvide excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.\nEnsuring all work meets safety regulations and is delivered to the highest standardRequirements:\n\nHold a city & guilds qualification or equivalent\nPreferably educated to Degree level\nExperience wiring and fixing, Boilers/Heating, HVAC, Steam, Air Handling, Cooling, Renewable Energy (e.g Solar or Heat Pumps), or similar\nFull UK manual driving licence\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company that values its employees and provides ongoing training and support.
