HIU & FCU Maintenance Engineer

3D Personnel is working with a reputable FM solutions organisation looking for an experienced and dependable Maintenance Engineer to join a residential development in South West London. In this static-site role, you'll focus on servicing, maintaining, and repairing Heat Interface Units (HIUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs) — no travel between sites is required.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Carry out routine servicing and fault diagnosis of HIUs and FCUs\n\n * Complete repairs promptly and to a high standard\n\n * Keep detailed records of work completed and service logs\n\n * Follow safety regulations and site protocols\n\n * Communicate effectively with about planned and completed work\n\n * Work closely with site management to prioritise maintenance tasks\n\n * Respond swiftly to reactive issues and service requests\n\nSkills and Experience\n\n * Experience working with HIUs and FCUs in residential properties\n\n * Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills\n\n * Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently\n\n * Knowledge of building systems and safety compliance\n\nWorking Hours\n\n * Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm\n\n * Friday: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm\n\nBenefits\n\n * Competitive salary of £45,000 per annum\n\n * Stable, permanent position on a prestigious residential site\n\n * No travel between sites required\n\n * Supportive on-site management and structured workload
