Industrial Project Manager

T2 has partnered with a well-established and busy General Contractor with projects in Phoenix, AZ. If you have at least 5+ years as a Project Manager on Water Plants, Wastewater Plants, or Power Plants, please apply.

Summary

• Manages and directs industrial projects from start-up to close-out.
• Ensures adherence to contract documents including plans, specifications, permits, and technical elements.
• Coordinates project scheduling and communication.
• Manages resources to achieve objectives of scope, cost, time, quality, and satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepares subcontracts, project budget, and schedule of values.
• Maintains and enforces project schedule.
• Manages project staffing.
• Prepares and enforces Project Strategy Document.
• Prepares and negotiates purchase orders.
• Prepares and reviews submittals.
• Prepares and submits monthly billings.
• Coordinates permit applications.
• Ensures OSHA compliance and safety standards.
• Oversees quality of installed work.
• Manages subcontractor performance.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Direct supervision of Project Coordinator (if applicable), Superintendent, Supervisor, and Foreman roles.

Qualifications

• Professional and positive attitude.
• Working knowledge of NEC, UBC, LSC, NFPA, UPC.
• Experience managing projects $10MM+.

Education and Experience

5–6 years as Project Manager on Water Plants, Wastewater Plants, or Power Plants.

• Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
• Salary: $125K - $160K per year
• Expected Hours: 40 per week
