Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates through online channels and social media platforms. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Participate in the interviewing process and conduct initial screenings of potential candidates. Support the onboarding process by collecting necessary documentation and assisting in the orientation of new hires. Update and maintain the candidate database and recruitment trackers. Collaborate with the HR team to create job descriptions and postings. Assist in organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events.
