In the role as High Voltage Test Engineering Manager you will be the expert for all standards and recommendations for the High Voltage testing of the company. Your responsibilities include:Oversee all the High Voltage testingProviding technical input during the tender phase and consult with clients.Manage the final execution of projects.Playing a key role in the decision-making process for purchasing new equipment.You need to have hands-on experience with the following High Voltage Testing techniques:DC test systemsVery-low frequency testing (VLF)Damped AC testingInsulation Resistance testingFurthermore, experience in High Voltage Diagnostic test techniques Tan δ and Partial Discharge Measurement is required.RequirementsStrong technical background4-7 years of experience in High Voltage testingWillingness to travel and assist testing teams offshore.Possibilities to hybrid work: either from the office in north-holland or working from home.Proven ability of working with different stakeholdersStrong critical thinking, analytical skills, complex problem solvingInterested in this position?
