We work on critical infrastructure, including Post Office dock doors, where professionalism and safety are paramount. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a skilled trade career.

What You'll Do:

• Assist lead technicians in the diagnosis, repair, and installation of dock doors, overhead doors, and industrial door systems.

• Perform routine inspections and support troubleshooting efforts.

• Maintain the highest safety standards, consistently utilizing Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and steel-toed boots.

• Uphold a reputation for professionalism and exceptional service on all job sites.

• Engage in physically demanding work, including bending for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Travel to various job sites, with travel expenses paid by the company.

What You'll Bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance, welding, electrical work, or other transferable skilled trades.

• Basic knowledge of tools and a willingness to learn advanced techniques.

• A strong commitment to safety protocols and operational excellence.

• Ability to perform the physical demands required for the role.

• Professional demeanor and a strong work ethic.

• A desire to grow into a Foreman/Lead role with comprehensive training.
