Hedge Fund Operations Analyst

Job Description

A boutique Hedge Fund is seeking a proactive Operations Analyst with Python experience to support daily trade operations and process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support trade operations alongside senior operations staff
• Run internal valuation estimates and liaise with administrators and auditors to resolve discrepancies
• Book trades, cashflows, and subscriptions/redemptions
• Perform post-trade reconciliations
• Coordinate with outsourced middle office teams and external counterparties
• Confirm OTC trades and manage novations/unwinds
• Execute daily initial margin calculations
• Contribute to developing internal systems to increase automation

Essential Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in financial services
• Strong quantitative skills
• Professional experience using Python
