Heavy Mechanical Assembly Technician
Pay: $22-24.00/hour
Location: Tulsa, OK
Hours: Monday–Thursday | 5am-3:30pm or 3:30pm-2am

Or Weekend Shift | 5am-5:30pm, Fri, Sat, Sun, Work 36, Paid for 40

About the Opportunity

Join a well-established, growing manufacturer with over 60 years of success in building high-performance air-cooled heat exchangers. We’re looking for skilled individuals to join our Final Assembly team, where quality and precision matter.

What You’ll Do

• Perform final assembly of heat exchanger units before shipment
• Install and align motors, fans, guards, and drive components
• Ensure all components are properly fitted, secured, and functioning
• Read and interpret blueprints and assembly drawings
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot and make adjustments as needed
• Follow production schedules and safety protocols

What We’re Looking For

• Prior mechanical or heavy assembly experience required
• Experience with final assembly or equipment build-out
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Detail-oriented with pride in quality work
• Reliable and team-focused

Work Environment

• Non-climate-controlled manufacturing setting
• Exposure to noise, dust, and metal particles
• PPE required (safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toe boots, etc.)

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for long periods
• Bending, kneeling, climbing ladders as needed
• Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Strong visual awareness and attention to detail
