Heavy Equipment Operator (Mini Excavator)

Capstone Resource Management is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to run a Mini Ex on commercial construction projects in Montgomery, AL.

Work schedule is Monday - Friday (7:00am - 3:30pm) with OT as needed.  Weekly pay with direct deposit

Key Responsibilities, 
• Operate mini excavators to complete trenching, grading, and excavation tasks
• Excavate and backfill for underground piping, foundations, and site work
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
• Follow all site safety standards and OSHA requirements
• Assist with material handling and site prep as needed
• Work closely with site supervisors and crew to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience operating mini excavators (commercial site work )
• Strong knowledge of safe equipment operation and jobsite safety standards
• Ability to read site plans and follow instructions from supervisors
• Experience with trenching, grading, and working around piping a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
