Heavy Equipment Operator in Loveland

We’re looking for a skilled Operator who can jump in a machine and hit the ground running. You need to be able to read a site plan, pull your own grades, and handle a variety of dirt work without needing constant supervision. While your primary job is operating, we’re a team that helps each other out—we want an operator who is willing to share their experience and help teach the junior guys when they have questions.

If you’re someone who takes pride in a clean grade and doesn't mind helping junior crew members, we’d like to talk to you.

What You’ll Do:

• Excavate foundations and footings accurately based on site stakes and blueprints.
• Install new septic systems and do repairs (tank or leach field replacement). Also perform rough/final grading for proper drainage.
• Excavate to install new water lines, sewer lines, meter pits, and utilities for a house. 
• Grease equipment daily and check fluid levels.

What We’re Looking For:

• Significant experience operating excavators, loaders, and skid steers.
• The ability to read and analyze blueprints, grading plans, and septic designs to ensure precise work.
• A teaching mindset to mentor new crew members in excavation techniques and safety protocols.

Valid driver’s license required; Class A CDL is a huge plus and will be reflected in your starting pay.
