Tractor Operator – Right-of-Way Mowing

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Tractor Operator to perform right-of-way mowing and vegetation management.

Responsibilities:

• Operate tractor with batwing mower (15’ cutter) safely and efficiently
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Maintain consistent mowing patterns and quality standards
• Follow all safety procedures and property guidelines

Requirements:

• Experience operating agricultural or commercial mowing equipment (100+ HP tractors )
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Valid driver’s license (CDL but not required depending on use)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Working days are Monday-Saturday

Qualifications:

• Experience with right-of-way or large-scale mowing
• Mechanical knowledge of tractors and implements
