Heavy Equipment Operator Class A CDL required

The ideal candidate will have experience safely operating heavy machinery in various construction environments and be capable of performing labor demanding jobs. Be capable of operating a variety of equipment. Be able to safely pull and back a trailer and properly secure loads. Use and understand power tool/ hand tool use. Conduct pre-operation inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure safety and functionality. Maintain a clean work environment. Have excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina for extended periods of time. Understand and practice construction site safety. Have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other crew members, supervisors, contractors, and the general public building positive relations. Be able to travel to surrounding states to work. This roll involves labor intense jobs at times, operating heavy machinery, driving dump truck/pickup truck to transport material and equipment, landscaping, Tree pruning, tree removal, stump grinding. Overtime required occasionally. Probation period required. Pay Depends on experience and will be determined after the probation period has ended. Must be reliable and show up to work fit for duty. Pre employment drug screening and occasional random drug tests.
