Glacier Excavation & Plowing, a general contractor specializing in excavation and site work, is looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team.

Position Overview

Operate excavators, loaders, dozers, and other heavy equipment on commercial and residential excavation projects. Work includes digging, grading, trenching, site preparation, material handling, and performing basic/routine maintenance.

Requirements

• Experience operating heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, dozers )
• Class A CDL
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to read grade stakes and work from site plans
• Ability to perform basic/routine equipment maintenance
• Strong safety mindset and willingness to follow company and OSHA standards
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Qualifications

• Previous experience in excavation, site work, or general contracting
• Carpentry skills a plus
• Experience installing septic systems a plus
