Paramount Cutting is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy machinery, including backhoe, excavators, graders, bulldozers, and loaders. You will play a critical role in ensuring our projects are completed efficiently and safely. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently for excavation, grading, and site preparation.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow project plans and specifications to complete tasks accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project timelines are met.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and practices while operating machinery.
• Communicate effectively with other crew members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating heavy machinery (backhoe, excavator, grader, bulldozer, loaders, etc.).
• Valid operator’s license and certifications as required.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and practices related to heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and operate machinery for extended periods.
