We are hiring a Heavy Equipment and Generator Mechanic for a full-time Field Technician role based out of the Santa Fe Springs area. This position works remotely and performs on-site repairs and maintenance at customer locations. The role involves servicing a variety of equipment including aerial lifts, construction and earth-moving equipment, and generators up to 500kw.

Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues, completing on-site repairs, and providing professional service directly at customer locations. You will be responsible for using hand tools and diagnostic equipment and are expected to follow safety procedures at all times.

We are looking for someone with strong diagnostic ability, experience working on a wide range of equipment, and comfort troubleshooting a mix of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently, communicates clearly with customers, and has a strong focus on quality and safety.

This position offers competitive pay in the range of $35 to $45 per hour based on experience, a high level of independence, and the opportunity to work with a diverse fleet of equipment.
