We’re a growing construction and dirt work company serving residential and commercial clients across North Georgia. With a fleet of heavy machinery, dump trucks, and service trucks, we take pride in delivering quality work—from grading and land clearing to erosion control and more. Our team values hard work, loyalty, and being dependable. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for skilled mechanics who want to grow with us—not just clock in.

What You’ll Do

As a Diesel Mechanic, you’ll be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of heavy equipment and diesel trucks, including loaders, excavators, skid steers, and dump trucks. You’ll be expected to maintain high standards of safety, organization, and communication.

Main Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical issues on heavy equipment and diesel trucks
• Perform preventative maintenance, fluid changes, inspections, and full repairs
• Maintain clean and accurate service records and communicate clearly with supervisors
• Operate equipment as needed for diagnostic and repair purposes
• Assist with fabrication, welding, and part modifications as needed
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe workspace
• Track parts used and communicate any additional needs

Qualifications

Required:

• Prior experience as a diesel mechanic or heavy equipment technician
• Strong understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Basic welding and fabrication skills
• Valid driver’s license

• Experience with CAT, John Deere, or similar equipment
• CDL or ability to move trucks/equipment around the yard
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
