With a fleet of heavy machinery, dump trucks, and service trucks, we take pride in delivering quality work—from grading and land clearing to erosion control and more. What You’ll Do

As a Diesel Mechanic, you’ll be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of heavy equipment and diesel trucks, including loaders, excavators, skid steers, and dump trucks. You’ll be expected to maintain high standards of safety, organization, and communication.

Main Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical issues on heavy equipment and diesel trucks
• Perform preventative maintenance, fluid changes, inspections, and full repairs
• Maintain clean and accurate service records and communicate clearly with supervisors
• Operate equipment as needed for diagnostic and repair purposes
• Assist with fabrication, welding, and part modifications as needed
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe workspace
• Track parts used and communicate any additional needs

Qualifications

Required:

• Prior experience as a diesel mechanic or heavy equipment technician
• Strong understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Basic welding and fabrication skills
• Valid driver’s license

• Experience with CAT, John Deere, or similar equipment
• CDL or ability to move trucks/equipment around the yard
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
