Traveling Field Mechanics (HEO) – Midland, TX
Pay: $35–$60/hr (Based on Experience)
Per Diem: Is offered
Start Date: Targeting Mid-July
Schedule: 6-7 Days a Week | 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off Rotation (Option to Work 3 Weeks Straight)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Location: Traveling to Midland, TX
NCW is seeking 4 experienced Traveling Field Mechanics to join a reputable and growing heavy civil construction team operating in Midland, Texas.
Position Summary:
This role involves working in the field, servicing and repairing a variety of heavy construction equipment. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in equipment diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.
Scope of Work Includes:

Field-based service and repair of heavy construction equipment

Troubleshooting hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems

Performing scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs

Keeping accurate service logs and work order documentation
Requirements:

Must have proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Comfortable with a rotational travel schedule (lodging & travel provided)

Willingness to work 6-7 days per week while on assignment
