WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
As an entry-level Hearth Installation Services Coordinator, your days will be filled with purpose and excitement. You'll be answering calls and meticulously filling out call log sheets, ensuring every detail is captured for seamless follow-up in a timely fashion. Throughout the day, you'll be the guardian of our internal processes which will result in a smooth workflow for better customer satisfaction. Making reminder calls to confirm appointments and providing updates on product availability will be part of the daily routine. You will also pull and print tickets for the next day's routes, ensuring our operations run like a well-oiled machine.
You'll also meticulously close out completed tickets, file claims, and verify the accuracy of every transaction. Incomplete tickets? No problem. You'll spring into action, adding necessary parts, filing claims, and updating internal notes to keep everyone in the loop. You'll also check work order processing tickets, follow up on product ETAs, and provide timely updates to our valued customers.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM HEARTH INSTALLATION SERVICES COORDINATOR?
